License Agreement

License Agreement for "EYEZY" Shopify Theme

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between EYECEY, LTD ("Licensor") and the end-user ("Licensee") who purchases the digital product "EYEZY" Shopify Theme ("Product").

1. Grant of License.
Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product solely for Licensee's own personal or business use on a single Shopify store owned or controlled by Licensee.

2. Copyright and Ownership.
The Product is officially registered and protected by copyright laws. Licensor retains all ownership rights to the Product and any related intellectual property.

3. Use of Product.
The Licensee agrees to use the Product in accordance with this Agreement and within the limits of the Shopify platform. Any use of the Product outside of these limits requires express written consent from the Licensor.

4. Prohibitions.
The Licensee shall not distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise transfer the rights to the Product to any third party without the express written consent of the Licensor. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of this Agreement and legal action.

5. Enforcement.
In the event that the Product is distributed by third parties beyond the eyecey.com, EYECEY site, or by individuals who have not received written confirmation from EYECEY, LTD, the Licensor reserves the right to take appropriate action to enforce its rights, which may include but is not limited to seeking injunctive relief, damages, and the disabling of any unauthorized resources hosting the Product.

6. Termination.
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies.

7. Limitation of Liability.
Licensor shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of the Product.

8. General Provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, or representations.

By purchasing and downloading the Product, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
